When I ask patient (pt) to come at 245pm and he said yes, I’m happy.

Morning session end at almost 1pm. Time for Muslim to pray Jum’ah. I went to locker room, pray and had my lunch. 

You know what I did this morning? Obturation of 24 after 3 visit. Endo really trying my patience so hard. 1^st visit to do caries free and pulp extirpation. 2^nd visit to do canal prep. Alhamdulillah 3^rd visit I can obdurate. Not finish yet. I do think this tooth need to be crowned. Badly broken with loss of palatal cusp almost near to CEJ.

So, just TF again with kalzinol, I don’t want to use cavit, it’s more brittle and cant last longer. 

Continue the story again. At 215pm, I already at clinic. Already standby with wrapped dental chair and all endo set. Also with intraoral camera & segala macam mak nenek alatan endo segala.

Got message said he’s coming late. Still ok. Better late than never. Then, at almost 4pm, no shadow even the nose..wakaka. laugh out loud to yourself.
